The Wine:
Made from Greco Bianco grapes. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple infused with fresh Mediterranean herbs are trailed by stony mineral and saline like notes. Light and fresh yet nicely shaped, the invigorating palate is decorated with pear, lime and green apple fruits. Wet stone and mineral elements lie underneath. Brisk acidity with a refreshing saline edged finish.
